Southport Middle School Performance, 2/27/2017

The whole band and guard will be traveling to Southport Middle School on Monday, February 27th to perform for their entire 8th grade student body! This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to recruit and generate interest among kids that normally wouldn't have heard of band or guard! Below you will find the itinerary for this event.

1:45pm - Meet in bandroom/quickly change into uniform
1:55pm - Load trailer/buses
2:10pm - Depart PSLHS
2:25pm - Arrive at Southport Middle
2:30pm - Unload buses/trailer
2:35pm - Guard, move equipment/floor to the gymnasium
2:45pm - Band transition to outside the gym
3:00pm - Show begins. Below will be the order of the performance:
-Guard solos (no particular order) Stand
-Full winterguard show
-Guard will clean up equipment/floor mat
-Full band march into gym
-Man of steel opener
-Man of steel closer
-Drum cadences
- Stand tunes (Shout it out, ESPN, PSL)
-Fight song
-March out
3:45pm  - Transition to buses
3:50pm - Load buses/trailer
4:00pm - Depart SMS
4:15pm - Arrive at PSLHS
4:30pm - Dismissal
